Our First Brake Threw in India! After six years of visiting, calling, and emailing, …

Tyasha Alion. CEO Mr. Muglikar and his staff

Tyasha Alion attended a meeting with CEO Mr. D. M. Muglikar at a Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust Temple in Shirdi, India.
Tyasha visits Sai Baba’s temple twice a year and for the past five years. She has been working on changing the attitude toward strays and abandoned animals in Shirdi. She has been visiting chief executive officers at the municipality and Sai Baba’s Temple, but she was ignored by both every time for the past five years until now.

The newly elected Shri Deepak Muglikar listened to Tyasha. After a long meeting, they agreed on a plan for vaccinating abandoned dogs. Providing medicine, medical assistance, and ambulance for stray abandoned and injured animals. After their departure, things started to unfold very, very slowly...
Volunteers began to gather, ready to help abandoned animals. We also connected the CEO of the temple with Mr. Praveen Ohal from Hope and Animal Trust to move things further.

At the time of our visit to India, big celebrations were going on. We were just a step away from the current prime minister of India Narendra Damodardas Modi who visited the Temple of Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi. We know that  PM Modi praises people who help animals.

Mann Ki Baat: "This is inspiring and can happen only when a person is filled with kindness and compassion towards all life forms," PM Modi said. You can read the whole article HERE
